Is this an Alien skull?

A mummified elongated skull found in Peru could finally prove the existence of aliens, the Daily Mail newspaper reported Saturday.

The strangely shaped head, almost as big as its 50cm body, has baffled anthropologists, the report said.

It was one of two sets of remains found in the city of Andahuaylillas in the southern province of Quispicanchi, Peru.

The skeletal sets were discovered by Renato Davila Riquelme, who works for the Privado Ritos Andinos museum in Cusco in south-eastern Peru.

He said that that the eye cavities are far larger than normally seen in humans, according to the newspaper.

The archeologist said three anthropologists, from Spain and Russia, arrived at the museum last week to investigate the findings and agreed it was “not a human being” and would conduct further studies.

The remains of an eyeball in the right socket will help determine its genetic DNA and clear up the controversy if it is human or not, the Daily Mail said.

The remains bear a striking resemblance to the triangular crystal skull in the 2008 Indiana Jones film Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, which turned out to be of alien origin and have supernatural powers, it said.

  1. Well, it is definitely not alien. A diseased Homo sapiens, or perhaps even a member of a hitherto unknown species of Homo, but it is definitely originated from Earth.

  2. The star child skull may be that of a hydrocephalus child who died from that condition long ago. Some of the LARGE conehead ones and other shapes where the brain cavity is very large may be more difficult to classify as completely human. Might they be human alien hybrids ? There are ancient writings such as the Books of Enoch that reference the "sons of god" ( = extraterrestrials ? ) taking attractive human females as their wives ( DNA manipulation and synthesis ? )to produce "giants" / Nephilim ? The Nephilim are said to have been violent and largely perished in a great flood, The Deluge. Might these findings shed some light on the modern meaning of these otherwise bizarre ancient writings ?

  3. This is silly. I'm very surprised this article made it this far with "alien" in the title with the info given. Not so long ago there were tribes that practiced skull stretching in the past where they would bind young children's heads in a certain way from child birth while their craniums were soft to produce results like this. Same as binding women's feet in Asia to keep their feet small.

  4. were there not cultures where the people would elongate their skulls? I know i've seen things about this, where they would put wrappings around their heads to do this. I do believe there to be some other forms out there, but maybe this is of one of them tribes of people who did the skull elongating thing?

  5. It may be a deformity, but the practice of skull stretching would not have produced such a large disparity in head size. And it does not explain the huge eye sockets, either. I am waiting to see what the DNA evidence produces.

  6. you can elogate the skulls, but not the brain cavity.. look closer. also Hypohidrotic Ectodermal Dysplasia does not explain the LARGE eyesockets....

  7. It is a Homo sapiens child. This child more than likely suffered from the same condition as a recent birth from Gujarat, Western India. In the case of the Indian baby, to water in the cranium of the child caused the head to be deformed, and thus the child has a head that is larger than its body.
Dr Thumer said, "The head swells like a balloon because of water accumulation inside the brain and hence the baby looks abnormal. Generally, these types of births occur in one in a lakh ( 1 in 100,000) deliveries. Such babies can be saved if brain surgery is conducted, else it dies within four to six months."

Also, it is well documented in many cases in South America and Africa that the practice of head (skull) binding was often used for royal our high level persons of power in a tribe or group. This binding practice is indeed much like the Chinese practice of foot binding of high status women in the past history of China.

I will say that my statements are my own on this skull and body of this child.... However, until conclusive analysis of the skull and body of the child is completed, all comments are indeed speculation.

  8. I would say that this child was half-human... a Nephilim. I am interested in seeing what the DNA results show.
